PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth and sand bucket cleaning device capable of avoiding cleaning work and erection work of a curing sheet by human power and aiming at improvement of safety of pneumatic caisson work. SOLUTION: The earth and sand bucket cleaning device is so constituted that it is used for cleaning an earth and sand bucket 22 taking out the excavated earth and sand in the inside area of a working chamber 21a of a pneumatic caisson 21 through a vertical pipe 21b and an air lock 21c and that a compressed air spraying means 11 for spraying the compressed air 11a to the earth and sand bucket 22 in order to remove mud, muddy water and other foulings 22a adhered around of the earth and sand bucket 22 in the inside area of the vertical pipe 21b until the bucket enters the air lock 22c after it gets out of the chamber 21a is included.
