PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building interior and exterior panel satisfying most of characteristics required for an exterior material or interior material such as corrosion resistance, weather resistance, lightweight property, strength, and workability, instead of a conventional building panel, particularly, a building interior and exterior panel with excellent weather resistance. SOLUTION: This building interior and exterior panel with high weather resistance comprises a coating member 2 consisting of a fabric of carbon fiber 2a, which is fixed to the surface of a panel body 1 made of a metal or synthetic resin.
