PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard capable of easily attached/detached to/from scaffold boards and preventing it from playing due to difference of scaffold makers. SOLUTION: Baseboard body 4 erected on the side edge 5 of a scaffold board 1 is given. A end cap 12, an out guide 10 supported on the outside end face 6 of the scaffold board 1, a catch guide 13 engaged with a horizontal member 2 of a standard, and a locking means 14 locking by the engagement of the catch guide 13 with the horizontal member 2, are provided. The catch guide 13 is pivoted to be movable back and forth in the suspended condition from the end cap 12. Its lower end engaging part 13a is stuck between the front and rear end faces 7 of the scaffold board 1 and the horizontal member 2 of the standard at the proximity position of the inside face of a hook 8 for fixing to the scaffold board and engagedly locked with the horizontal member 2 by the locking means 14.
