PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily install piping on a job site while enhancing the general-purpose properties and mass-productivity of a water supply pipe. SOLUTION: The piping for supplying water to respective water supply places in a building from a common water supply source is installed. The water supply pipes 20, in which connecting fittings 26 are provided at the ends of pipe bodies 22, are premanufactured in a factory, and carried into the job site with a water supply header 10. The header 10 is installed at a specified place in the building; the respective pipes 20 are actually arranged between a water supply port 18 thereof and the respective water supply places; after that, the pipe body 22 is cut off by an extra length; and a cut-off-side end of the pipe body 22 is connected to the port 18. The connecting fitting 26 for each of the pipes 20 is connected to the water supply place corresponding to the connecting fitting 26. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
