PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organopolysiloxane composition which has reduced creep hardening, slight roll adhesion, excellent workability and provides a damper using the composition as a sealing viscous body, having a slight temperature dependence, high resistance and small resistance change with time. SOLUTION: The organopolysiloxane composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane represented by the average composition formula (1) R<SB>n</SB>SiO(<SB>4-n)/2</SB>(Rs are the same or different substituted or nonsubstituted monofunctional hydrocarbon group; (n) is a positive number of 1.95-2.05) and (B) a hydrophobic silica filler which is obtained by subjecting the surface of dry silica powder to surface treatment with an organosilicon compound, has≥2 wt.% adsorbed carbon amount,≥50 m<SP>2</SP>/g specific surface area (BET method) and≥110 g/l apparent density. The composition has 100≥degree of plasticity and≤15% increase rate of degree of plasticity after a passge of 70 hours at 100°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
