PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe cleaning agent composition which has a sufficient cleaning property, does not give stickiness after used, gives sufficient tension and moisture to the skin, prevents the roughness of the skin, hardly causes restaining, and has excellent temporal stability. SOLUTION: This cleaning agent composition comprises (a) 0.1 to 20 wt. % of a specific amino-modified silicone, (b) 0.5 to 10 wt. % of a specific fatty acid soap, (c) 1 to 50 wt. % of a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol, (d) 0.00005 to 2 wt. % (as a dried residue) of the leaf extract of a tea product (C. sinensis L.) belonging to the genus Camellia in the family Theaceae, and (e) 0.00005 to 2 wt. % (as a dried residue) of at least one selected from the group consisting of an extract of Houttuynia Thunb, an extract of Artemisia L Houttuynia, and an extract of Phellodendron Rupr.
