PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processor capable of executing a stable folding process. SOLUTION: This post-processor B has a folding part 23 folding transfer paper discharged from an image forming device A. The folding part has two folding rollers 231, 232 pressure-contacted with each other, and driven rollers 235, 236 pressure-contacted with the respective folding rollers. Centers of the driven rollers 235, 236 are disposed in positions nearer a nip point of the folding rollers 231, 232 than central positions of the folding rollers 231, 232. The driven roller 235 is installed such that the driven roller 235 is contactable/separatable with/from the folding roller 231, and ball bearings 239 are used for bearings of the driven rollers 235, 236.
