METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SYNCHRONOUS TRACKING OF CDMA SPREAD SPECTRUM CODE

The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for synchronous tracking of spread spectrum code in CDMA systems. The method mainly includes: performing the tracking by using the pilot symbol in the traffic channel; improving the conventional late-early gate circuit to late-punctual-early gate circuit; using the symbol of difference between (punctual-early) and (late-punctual) to depress the influence because of the asymmetry of correlation waveform; and using demultiplexing method to perform multipath tracking. The precision of synchronization is high, and the method is easy to operate.
