<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing eggs having albumen containing a secretory type IgA antibody so as to enable mass use of the secretory type IgA antibodies exerting excellent effect, to provide the eggs produced by the method, and to provide a method for producing the secretory type IgA antibody. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises inoculating pulses with Aspergillus oryjae to make malted rice, feeding a female fowl with immunopotentiating products or daidzein comprising isoflavone aglycon eachproduced by adding water to the products obtained through the process of making malted rice to hydrolyse protein and/or saccharide contained in the products so as to previously activate a mucose immunopotentiating system in the intestinal canal of the fowl, producing the secretory type IgA antibody having antigen recognition against causal microbe in the body of the fowl when breeding, and letting the fowl lay eggs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
