<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a proper candidate surgery day to a patient, a doctor, etc., and to reflect the state of cell cultivation on the surgery candidate day by accurately calculating a cultivation period of cells. <P>SOLUTION: A standard cultivation period table 47 in which cell cultivation periods are registered by age and sex is prepared and when basic information consisting of the age and sex of the patient and a cell sampling day is obtained, a surgery candidate day is set according to the basic information and the standard cultivation period table 47. Then the candidate surgery day is transmitted to a hospital terminal through a communication part 46.
