<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidant having excellent effects, and to provide foods and an external preparation for skin each having excellent effects for improving skin-aging symptom and chapped skin. <P>SOLUTION: The extracts of algae Caulerpa racemosa, having excellent antioxidant property is used as an antioxidant.
