<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the temperature of a laterally long seal bar for film welding. <P>SOLUTION: An induction coil 34 is placed on a laterally long groove 33 on both side faces of a seal bar 25 through an insulation sheet for separating and sealing a packaging tube film between each item to be packaged of a bag making, filling and packaging machine. When an electromagnetic inductive heating device connecting the coils 34 supplies a DC voltage from a three phase power source through an inverter and a rectifier, the voltage is uniformized in an intermediate circuit, is inverted to a pulse VAC by a high frequency transistor inverter, and is guided to the inductive coil from an inverter circuit. The coil 34 connected to the electric circuit of the heating device works for a metal seal bar 25 to generate heat by resonance by an electric device in the public domain forming a resonance circuit by the inductive circuit and the inverted circuit for welding the tube film 18 held with a seal table 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
