摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for the problem that a traditional extracellular electric potential measuring device used for medicine screening may be unable to sense potential at a high signal to noise ratio if sufficient adhesion to a detector of a cell cannot be kept. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with both a substrate 1 and at least one well 2 which mixes a subject cell 10 and a medicine responding to this subject cell 10, in the substrate 1. At the bottom of this well 2, there are a first aperture 4, a second aperture 5 and a hollow section 6. The first aperture 4 and the second aperture 5 are connected each other via the hollow section 6, where the first aperture 4 is smaller than the hollow section 6 but larger than the second aperture 5 in diameter, and smaller than the subject cell 10 in size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
