<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a kit for quantitatively assaying an expression level of a human ABC transporter in a minute amount of a clinical specimen. <P>SOLUTION: The primer sets (1)-(48) are represented by specific base sequences. The kit for detecting a human ABC transporter gene family and the kit for detecting a speficic subfamily of the human ABC transporter gene family comprise the primer sets (1)-(48). The method for detecting the expression of an ABC transporter gene in a sample is a method for amplifying the ABC transporter gene by a polymerase chain reaction using any of the primer sets (1)-(48). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
