<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed sensor provided with a rod-like sensor easy in work, capable of shortening the working time, easy to align the rod-like sensor, and allowing replacement thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A rod-like sensor 12<SB>1</SB>is penetrated fitedly through an O ring 15 to arrange an O ring at a prescribed height of the sensor 12<SB>1</SB>. The sensor 12<SB>1</SB>is penetrated through an O ring pressor 16 to arrange the O ring pressor 16 on the O ring 15. The under side (sensing part side) of the sensor 12<SB>1</SB>is penetrated, under the condition therein, through a through hole 14 of a sensor holder 11, and the upper side (reverse side of a sensing part) of the sensor 12<SB>1</SB>is penetrated through a through hole 18 of a screw member 17. The screw member 17 is situated above the O ring pressor 16. The member 17 is screwed in a tapped hole of a recess 13 under this condition to press the O ring 15 to the bottom of the recess 13 in the sensor holder 11 via the O ring pressor 16, and the O ring 15 is crushed thereby to fix the sensor 12<SB>1</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
