PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce user's troublesome operation for determining a transmission destination by automatically determining the storage destination of a scanned document according to the storage capacities etc. of respective devices as to an image processor which is connected to a network and can store the scanned document in an arbitrary device. SOLUTION: The image processor has a network control means capable of transmitting the scanned document to other image processors, a storage part control means capable of storing the scanned image or an image transmitted through the network in a storage part, a storage capacity reporting means of informing other devices of the remaining capacity of the storage part through the network, and a transmission destination automatic setting means of automatically setting the transmission destination according to the remaining storage capacities of image forming devices, connected to the network, reported by the storage capacity reporting means from the respective image forming devices.
