PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow other recording devices to easily share a desired image file and to share image data with consistency between a plurality of recorders, in sharing the image data to be recorded in an image recorder between the plurality of recorders. SOLUTION: Information about the image data to be stored in an image DB (database) 17a and about the image data to be stored in a text DB 17b are correlated with each other and are managed by an image file manageing table 171. In this way, when a command for sharing the image file is input, the selected image data are obtained from the image DB 17a, the information about the image data are obtained from the text DB 17b by referring to the table 171, so that the image data are correlated with the information about the image data and recorded in the other recorders as an image file, and sharing of the image file is conducted.
