PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having an audio output unit which starts/stops a plurality of output amplifier circuits independently and separately, using a single time-constant circuit, without producing pop sounds. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus, having an audio output unit forms an increasing control voltage and a decreasing control voltage, according to a charging voltage of a common time-constant circuit;selects currents based on these control voltages according to current selecting signals, respectively, so as to and feed the selected currents to a plurality of differential type output amplifier circuits having feedback resistors.
