PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic blackboard, in which participant information can be collected accurately and efficiently. SOLUTION: The electronic blackboard comprises an electronic blackboard function 51, a control section 52, a storage section 53, an external I/F 54, an LAN I/F 56, a PC I/F 57, and an input unit (input section) 41. Before a conference is held, each participant enters participant information, i.e. an employee number to an input unit 41 and sits down. During the conference, a report written on the writing sheet of the electronic blackboard is read out at an image reading section and stored at a storage section 53. After the end of the conference, a list of participants is prepared with reference to the inputted staff numbers, and the basic information of interested persons stored at the storage section 53 and the list is delivered to the participants along with the report of the conference.
