PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually cope with noise in a common mode and noise in a differential mode, and improve the elimination effect of frequency noise by further reducing ESL. SOLUTION: A pair of terminal electrodes 31, 32 for first input/output are arranged on a portion near to a right side in each of two side faces 13, 15 of a dielectric base 12, and also, a pair of terminal electrodes 33, 34 for second input/output are arranged on a portion near to a left side in each of the same two side faces 13, 15. A terminal electrode 35 for grounding is arranged on a place between the terminal electrode 31 for the first input-output and the terminal electrode 33 for the second input-output in one side surface 13, and a terminal electrode 36 for grounding is arranged on a place between the terminal electrode 32 for the first input-output and the terminal electrode 34 for the input-output in the other side surface 15.
