PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low shrinkage ultra-high strength concrete composition which is free from occurrence of cracks, and a precast concrete product obtained by using the same with self-filling function. SOLUTION: An inert fine powder having a Blaine value of 3,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g is added to cement of≥500 kg per 1 m<SP>3</SP>of concrete, and the total of the specific surface areas of the cement and the inert fine powder is set to be 250,000 to 500,000 m<SP>2</SP>.
