PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom mucosa of an artificial floor which can prevent comparatively well the function of the bottom mucosa of a floor from being decreased. SOLUTION: The bottom mucosa of the artificial floor is formed like a sheet with a thickness of 0.05-1.0 mm of a viscoelastic gel which has a nature approximate to the bottom mucosa of the floor without intervention of a base material in terms of very small repulsion, soft buffering, and being able to disperse pressure.
