PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve wheelchair users' problems such as low air ventilation at their buttock position while riding wheelchairs, the needs to prevent their skin diseases from occurring and to improve their medical treatment environment. SOLUTION: A wheelchair system utilizes the rotation of a wheelchair wheel to convert its circular motion into linear motions by means of a crank shaft, to pressurizes air within a valved cylinder with a valved piston for the purpose of forced air ventilation, and to perform forced air circulation to the wheelchair seat surface using a tube means.
