SMOKING AREA-SEPARATING APPARATUS AND INFORMING SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking area-separating apparatus, capable of realizing complete separation of a space into smoking and nonsmoking sections free from a state filled around the circumference with smoke by smoking or a state diffusing odor of tobacco around the circumference, in which transmission of information such as advertisement is considered. SOLUTION: In the smoking area-separating apparatus, a suction port for sucking the foul air is opened in a pillar part 2 arranged from a frame 1 in a standing condition and an air-jetting part 3 in which various information is informable is installed on the pillar part 2 having sufficient required height and a jetting nozzle 33 for jetting the cleanup air which becomes such nearly dome-like air stream as to describe a parabola toward the suction port 21 is installed in the upper periphery of the air jetting part 3. Leakage of polluted air to the outside is prevented by setting the interior of the nearly dorm-like place as a smoking area. The information is naturally caught in person's eyes without inhibiting transmission of information by person and desired information is transmitted by installing the air-jetting part 3 at a position having sufficient required height.
