摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high sealability without increasing the size of a regulator of the displacement in the axial direction even when the pressure of a fluid in contact with a moving member is high, the work fluid reaches super-critical, or the work fluid reacts with an elastomer. SOLUTION: A center hole 11a and an assembly hole 11b are formed in a spacer 11, and an outer circumferential edge part 11c is continuous around the entire circumference without any cuts. Regarding the assembly, a flanged part 15b of a needle valve 15 is inserted in the assembly hole 11b, a small diameter part 15c is inserted in a center of a spacer 11, and assembled in a nozzle body 12 as it is. Thereafter, the small diameter part is assembled in a small diameter cylindrical part 2d of a housing 2 to tighten a retaining nut 14. As a result, the outer circumferential edge part 11c of the spacer 11 is firmly held by the housing 2 and the nozzle body 12 to form a highly rigid seal structure.
