PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of suction failure by sucking clay and a wooden piece in a net basket of a suction head when sucking a surplus liquid discharged in excavation. SOLUTION: This sucking device is used for a soil cement mixing construction method for creating an underground wall by mixing-agitating a solidifying agent liquid delivered from an excavating head of an excavator 1 and excavation original position earth excavated by the excavator, and is provided with the net basket 21 installed in a suction port 26 for sucking the muddy water-like surplus liquid discharged at excavating agitating time and the suction head 20 having an agitating shaft 23 inserted into this net basket 21, rotatably driven by a motor M and projecting an agitating blade 24 in the radial direction, and is characterized by having a weight 28 for integrally rotating with the shaft in a position eccentric to the axis of the agitating shaft 23.
