PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flow out no rice from a taking out port even if the rice is charged into a rice polishing hopper in the case where a rice polishing motor is urgently stopped during a discharge step. SOLUTION: The control method for a circulation type rice polishing mill has a rice polishing step for polishing a rice; and a discharge step for opening a cleaned rice discharge shutter 15 and discharging the polished rice in the rice polishing step. When the rice polishing motor 3 is urgently stopped in the discharge step, the cleaned rice discharge shutter 15 is closed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
