PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for injection molding a resin in which cobwebbing and a draw ring do not occur at the time of resin molding and a cold slag is not mixed. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for injection molding the resin including in combination an open nozzle (10) provided at an injection unit side and a sprue bush (20) provided at a mold side, the open nozzle (10) includes a nozzle tip (11) and a nozzle base (14) heated by a nozzle heater (13). At least the nozzle tip (11) is made of a material having heat conductivity of 0.20 cal/(cm sec°C) or more and/or the apparatus in which has a structure in which the sprue bush (20) is connected to the nozzle tip (11) planarly.
