PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a more proper molten metal for every casting more simply and in a shorter period of time, and to efficiently mold a high-quality die cast product. SOLUTION: A granular or powdery metal material M stored in the storage part 20 is fed out to the tip of the cylinder 31 by rotating a screw 32 of a weighing and supplying means 30. The amount of the granular or powdery metal material M, which is dropped from the tip of the cylinder 31 to a melting and supplying means 40 by a fall irrespective of rotation of the screw 32, is reduced since the outlet port part 31A at the tip throttled so as to become thinner toward the tip is provided at the tip of the cylinder 31. Then, the more accurate amount of the metal material M according to the rotation amount of the screw 32 is supplied to the melting and supplying means 40.
