PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual type cable cutter in which a lubricant can be easily poured. SOLUTION: The manual type cable cutter is provided with a fixed handle, a rocking handle 2 and a cover plate 3. A mount part 4a of a fixed cutting blade is fixed to the fixed handle and a base end of a rotating cutting blade in which a tooth part is formed at an outer side edge is pivotally supported to a tip end of the fixed cutting blade. A reverse rotation prevention claw is provided on the mount part of the fixed cutting blade and a feed claw is provided on the rocking handle. A bearing hole 14 having a relationship of pair is provided in opposed to the cover plate and the mount part of the fixed cutting blade and a pair of cylindrical blocks 15 fitting to the bearing hole is provided at an upper part of the rocking handle. Friction resistance is generated between an inner peripheral surface of the bearing hole and an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical block by rockably and pivotally supporting the feed claw 16 between the respective cylindrical block through an eccentric pin 17. However, since the bearing hole and the cylinder block are exposed to the outside, the lubricant can be poured in that state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
