PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device that a user can set the presence / absence of transmission of a radio wave and the user and surrounding people other than the user can easily recognize the set state so that the surrounding people can admit the use of the device without worrying. SOLUTION: The mobile communication device is provided with a green LED 114a, a yellow LED 114b, and a red LED 114c, which are placed on the upper surface part of the device at positions at which the surrounding people can easily view the LEDs, and a control section 110 of the mobile communication device respectively lights the green LED 114a at setting of transmission inhibition, the yellow LED 114b during waiting for the arrival of a call on permission of transmission, and the red LED 114c during a speech at permission of transmission.
