PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fine particle suitably usable for a main constituent material of an anisotropic conductive material such as an anisotropic conductive film, conductive paste, a conductive adhesive and a conductive adhesive material, and having a metal coat layer without corroding even in a severe condition such as a high temperature, high humidity or a long-term continuous use without causing the degradation of conductivity, and to provide an anisotropic conductive material made by using it. SOLUTION: This conductive fine particle comprises a resin fine particle and the metal coat layer formed on the surface of the resin fine particle. In the conductive fine particle, the content of halogen ions is 30μg/g or less, and the content of alkaline metal ions is 50μg/g or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
