<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that supports the purchase of merchandise meeting a consumer's demand and supports sales activities of an enterpriser who sells merchandise. <P>SOLUTION: A server device registers each customer identifiably (Step S1) and registers each piece of merchandise identifiably (Step S2). The arrangement of holding a campaign is conducted (Step S3), and an electronic coupon is issued in response to a customer's operation from a user terminal (Step S4).
