ELECTRONIC VALUE DATA COMMUNICATION METHOD, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, IC CARD, AND PORTABLE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic value communication method, a communication system, an IC card and a portable terminal which can prevent electronic value data from being copied.

SOLUTION: Unlike a conventional system in Fig.(b), in a communication system 1 in Fig.(a), since electronic value data are transferred from an IC card A being a transfer source to an IC card B being a transfer destination by direct ciphered communications between those IC cards A and B after both IC cards A and B authenticate each other, deciphering and forgery by a 3rd party halfway in a communication path are prevented to be able to prevent the data from being copied.
