<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet box designed to quickly and easily mount/dismount its upper lid. <P>SOLUTION: The pallet box is formed to be a rectangular box including a pallet having a fork insertion hole, a rectangular parallelopiped sleeve 14 detachably standing on the periphery of a base of the pallet and the upper lid 15 in a form of a lidded rectangular parallelopiped for detachably closing the upper opening of the sleeve 14. The pallet box has corners of the sleeve 14 secured to corners of the upper lid 15 and has the upper end rims of the sleeve 14 located between the corners horizontally movable over a predetermined range from the upper lid 15. A contact protrusion 61 is formed protrusively from each corner of the upper lid 15, and a tilted surface 62 protruding inward of the upper lid 15 from a side plate 42 is provided at the tip of the protrusion 61. An engaging protrusion 54 is suspended from the lower end rim at both ends of a reinforcing rib 51 constituting a peripheral dense rib structure 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
