<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a production bounds determination system for an hot product which shortens the time required for acquiring related information on the quantity of the hot product and its manufacture term, and determines the production bounds for the hot product appropriately and promptly. <P>SOLUTION: The system, for determining the production bounds for the hot product for which the process must be progressed in a manufacture term sooner than that for a usual product, is provided with an input means 105 for inputting in-process quantity information 102 and capability information 101 on a manufacturing line, information 103 on the number of process steps required until the product is completed, and information 104 on the allowable range of productivity deterioration of the manufacturing line which is caused due to the increase of the hot product; a calculation means 106 which calculates the relation between the quantity of and the manufacture term for the hot product; and a display means 107 which illustrates the relation between the quantity of and the manufacture term for the hot product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
