<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create Web contents including moving pictures with simple operations in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A computer 201, in which a program for performing recording, reproduction, edit, authoring, and uploading of AV data by operations on a GUI menu is installed, is connected to a video output apparatus 202 at a recording site.
