PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping method for an annular rubbery elastic member which, while being able to shape the seamless annular member and improve the quality of the finish product, can solve the problems due to contraction and the like of a rubbery elastic material and attain a space saving of equipment, as well as to provide equipment therefor. SOLUTION: The molding plates 6A, 6B, and 6C of the molding equipment 1 are designed so that they rotate at a spacing of 120°correspondingly to the two molding stations 7A, 7B and the finish product demounting station 7C installed around the turning center axis 3, mold the annular member W on them while they swing over the two molding stations 7A, 7B and the demounting station 7C, and can demount the finish product Wx and carry out to the next step.
