Further, a user ID of the user is added to the telephone originating command with a character string capable of making a telephone call. When the user makes a telephone call from the web page displayed on the terminal device 200 to the call center 3000 by using the telephone originating command, the call center 3000 is notified of the user ID of the user. The call center 3000 obtains information about the user and the information of browsing history of the web page by the user on the basis of the notified user ID.
