PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide arranging and loading method and device of conductive balls with which a flux transfer error is prevented from occurring and the conductive balls can efficiently be arranged and loaded. SOLUTION: The conductive balls in a container are sucked and arranged on an arrangement plate. The conductive balls are collectively loaded on an electrode being a loading object which loads the balls. When flux is transferred on the electrode by flux transfer pins 8, the flux is transferred to the electrode at least twice by the flux transfer pins 8 and 9. The flux transfer pin 8 is shifted by one chip in the loading object and second flux transfer is performed after first flux transfer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
