PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a capacitor element by sequentially forming a dielectric coating layer and a solid electrolytic layer on the upper and lower faces and side face of a rectangular parallelepiped anode member whose lower face is planted with an anode leader wire, and to configure a solid electrolytic capacitor by selectively forming cathode lead layers on the upper and lower faces and side face of the capacitor element, and to shorten the leading paths of the anode lead frame and the cathode lead frame to reduce tanδand ESR, and to make a mold layer associated with the length direction as a capacitor finished product thinner than the conventional one. SOLUTION: An anode leader wire is planed at a position shifted from the center of the lower face of an anode member, and a cathode leader layer is formed in a region biased from the center of the lower face to the direction opposite to the planting position of the lead wire.
