摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a vibrator on a transmission side and a vibrator on a reception side are coupled by a capacity, drive pulses for the vibrator which are applied when transmission is performed stray into a receiving means via the capacity as spikelike noises, the noises are received erroneously, or their vibration remains up to a time when a normal reception wave reaches, and the precision of flow measurement lowers. SOLUTION: A flow measuring device is provided with at least a pair of vibrators 11 which are fitted to a fluid pipeline 10 and transmit and receive an ultrasonic signal, a receiving means 16 for performing reception from the vibrator 11, and a switchover means 12 for performing the switchover of the transmission and reception of the pair of vibrators 11. Between the switchover means 12 and the receiving means 16, a first switch 15 is connected. By turning the first switch 15 off, drive pulses which leak through the capacitive coupling from the fluid pipeline 10, when the vibrator 11 set on the transmission side is driven, is prevented from passing.
