PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a zero point from being varied even when pressure exceeding an allowable overload acts thereon, while keeping precision of rated pressure. SOLUTION: This sensor is provided with a screw 8 for regulating excessive deformation of a diaphragm 2, the diaphragm 2 is regulated by the screw 8 to prevent the diaphragm 2 from being deformed more, when the pressure exceeding the allowable overload acts to deform the diaphragm 2 excessively, the zero point is thereby restrained from being changed, and the diaphragm 2 is prevented also from being damaged. The precision of the rated pressure is maintained because only the screw 8 is provided, because the allowable overload is not required to be excessively large compared with the rated pressure, and because a relation between the allowable overload and the rated pressure is as usual.
