摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid physical property measuring apparatus which accurately measures a viscosity coefficient and an elastic coefficient of a non-Newtonian fluid in a high frequency range. SOLUTION: A specimen liquid 11 is filled in a liquid holding container 40, and a detecting terminal 20 made of a thin plate is dipped in this specimen liquid 11. A liquid exciting means 50 installed under the liquid holding container excites up and down the liquid holding container 40. In order to vibrate up and down the specimen liquid 1 in the liquid holding container equally to the up and down vibration of the liquid holding container 40, the specimen liquid around the detecting terminal 20 is translated and vibrated in parallel with a surface of the detecting terminal 20, and a shearing stress is operated on the surface of the detecting terminal 20. This fluid force operating at the detecting terminal 20 is measured by a load sensor 30, compared with the translation vibration of the specimen liquid 11 or analyzed and can be calculated at the viscosity coefficient and the elastic coefficient of the specimen liquid 11.
