PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy in space heating in a clean room and to avoid the rupture of a cooling coil even if the temperature of outdoor air is below zero. SOLUTION: In the airconditioner 10, conditioned air whose temperature and moisture are adjusted by passing the outdoor air (OA) through a first cooler 14, a heater 16, and a humidifier 18 in this order is mixed with return air (RA) from a clean room 100 for cooling by a second cooler 20 before supplying air (SA) to the clean room 100. In this case, the first and second coolers 14 and 20 are connected by communicating piping 50, and cooling water after flowing to the first cooler 14 is allowed to flow to the second cooler 20 in the heating of the fresh air whose temperature is lower than that of the cooling water.
