SUPERHEATED STEAM GENERATOR AND ITS GENERATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam generator safely generating high-temperature superheated steam in a low-cost device with a simple structure and to provide its generating method. SOLUTION: This superheated steam generator is provided with a passage 13 for raw material steam composed of either one or both of saturated steam or/and the superheated steam, and a burner 14 disposed in the passage 13 and burning mixing gas mainly composed of hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. This generator heats the raw material steam passing through the passage 13 by bringing it in a direct contact with a flame generated by the burner 14 and forms it into the high-temperature superheated steam. This constitution allows the low-cost device with the simple structure to safely and easily produce the high-temperature superheated steam of necessary high temperature from the raw material steam.
