PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration absorbing performance, and improve durability of parts by eliminating edge striking of a spring member to a spring regulating piece. SOLUTION: The spring member 14 is housed in a spring housing part 17 having a roughly channel-shaped cross section in an outer circumferential edge part of a hold plate 13 on the input side, and an end part of the spring member 14 is supported by a spring support wall 18 at the outer circumferential edge part of the plate 13. A lock claw 20 of a transmission plate 16 as a torque transmission counter member on the output side is applied to the end part of the spring member 14. Between the lock claws 20 and 20 of the transmission plate 16, the spring regulating piece 21 is extended to regulate axial displacement of the spring member 14. An end part of the spring regulating piece 21 is deformed to bend to the opposite side to the spring member, thereby edge striking of the spring member 14 to the spring regulating piece 21 is eliminated.
