PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve control device for preventing hunting of a throttle valve and improving resolution of positional control with excellent reproducibility (without any effect of secular changes). SOLUTION: When the position of a throttle valve approaches a target value, the calculation of integration of the positional control is stopped. When a difference from the target value is increased, the calculation of integration is re-started. In addition, when no friction portion is present in the integrated value synchronous with the change of the target value, the motor output in which a motor is balanced with a spring is set.
