PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel alignment regulating method that can improve productivity by efficiently and accurately regulating wheel alignment without applying the same load as in traveling state to an automobile body. SOLUTION: The automobile body 2 with a liftable wheel mounting part 5 is supported, and the wheel mounting part 5 is lifted into a regulating position set lower than the position of the wheel mounting part 5 during the travel of an automobile. A position, a toe angle and a camber angle of the lifted wheel mounting part 5 are measured, and the estimates of a toe angle and a camber angle in the position of the wheel mounting part 5 in the travel of the automobile are computed on the basis of the measured values. The regulated amount of the toe angle and camber angle in the regulating position are then computed, and wheel alignment is regulated in the regulating position with the regulated amount.
