PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surfboard with a simple structure capable of securing enough strength and having easy separating/joining operability. SOLUTION: A first board 2 and a second board 3 which are filled with foamed urethane foam 7 within outer shells 6 and 22 made of FRP are joined attachably/detachably at first and second joining parts. Each of the joining parts is made to become connecting pieces 14 and 29 by extending and superimposing ends of upper and lower shells 4, 5, 20 and 21 composing the outer shells 6 and 22. Step parts 10 and 25 formed on the board are covered with the connecting pieces 14 and 29 and secured with a countersunk screw 32. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
